5 New Temperature Sensors, Thermistor Hvac Bms Item

these are nice temperature sensors. i don't know the exact part number or type, but i have tested them and have some data. not sure if these are referred to as thermoucouple sensors as the resistance is factor of temperature... a customer told us these are thermistors. technical info: at 32 deg f resistance is 7.5 k ohm, 60 deg 4.65 k ohm, and 212 deg 0.48 k ohm. i would say these are not much good above 300 degrees, just a guess on my part from the way they are constructed. values obtained are as accurate as my meter can provide. the 60 degree value was obtained in the heat duct with a cheap digital thermometer. you can easily mount these in a 1/2" hole, they will stick in the duct about 5-3/8". 14" leads, #20 awg, awm wire type. great items for your home or office building management system, or even for the industrial control applications, temperatures could be monitored via a plc input card.
