part# on back of board is dy-0840-01 rev e. the front has a sticker that reads 05022b0801 package says ametek y181001 g4528b w13226. no idea what it's for. two power connectors on the board, and it looks like a 2 wire something is soldered into the board... sensor-thermocouple maybe?
